Vintage Napkin - Yellow Hardanger

Embellished golden yellow linen napkin.  10" square.

Hardanger is a combination of multiple needlework practices.  Utilizing the removal of a number of threads to give it a distinct cut-out appearance.   

Please note: I carefully choose all vintage items, if I wouldn’t use it myself I would not list it for sale here.  I hope you see the care that went into making this item long ago, by an unknown maker and appreciate that time has added to its beauty and character.
